Product Description
HKS has released a long-waited Bolt-on Turbo Kit (minor vehicle modification required) with GTIII-RS turbine for 86/BRZ. Includes the GTIII-RS turbine that is the best match with 2L engine, specially designed turbo housing, and other special parts are made by HKS special turbo technology. This kit is available from a stock to tuned engine. The engine output will reach 450ps when this kit is installed to a tuned and built engine.

Turbo:
* GTⅢ-RS, Best for 2.0L engines.
* Compressor housing is vehicle specific design.
* Turbo housing is vehicle specific design.
* Utilizing its wide range characteristics enables this kit to reach 300ps with a stock E/G and 450ps with a tuned engine.
Exhaust Manifold:
* 4-In-1 Type Manifold.
* 3-Layer flexible pipe.
* For inside the pipe, spiral pipe is utilized. This hardly becomes a exhaust resistance and is made with heat resistant material.
* For outside the pipe, titanium mesh is used. This is strong against salt damage and highly durable.
* E/G side flange pipe welding is done from inside to reduce exhaust resistance.
* Insulator is included as a countermeasure against heat damage.
Extension Pipe:
* Turbo side flange pipe insert portion is counterbored to eliminate the gap of the pipe edge.
* This can suppress the exhaust resistance with the effect of the bypass pipe shape.
* Insulator is included as a countermeasure against heat damage.
Intercooler:
* Core Size: 390×270×100 Sufficient capacity to reduce the intake air temperature.
* Tank is offset type and designed to use the oil cooler hose available separately.
Vehicle Modification:
* Cut-off of the reinforcement.
* Cut-off of the radiator support.
* Modification of the fan shroud.
* Drilling and welding of the oil pan to install the provided oil return pipe.
Additional Components Recommended (not included):
* Upgraded fuel parts such as pump and injectors are required.
* Engine management parts are not included in this kit.
* MAP Pressure sensor is required.
* Retuning is required.
* Upgraded exhaust recommend for best performance. (Over-pipe, front-pipe and cat-back).
