Product Description
Removes the Adaptive Dampening System Dash Light. When switching out from a stock to aftermarket suspension on the 10th generation Civic you will get an error message. The Suspension Error Canceler Type H was made to remove that error message. However, this device is optional and will not effect whether or not you can use your HKS Hipermax Suspension. No wiring modification is needed and will continue working even after you upgrade your damper system control unit. It is currently available for the Civic Type R, Civic Si Coupe and Civic Si Sedan.
Hide the error of the variable damper system shown in the meter. SEC Type H is able to work even after upgrading the variable damper system control unit. With the provided installation harness, no wiring modification is required to install this unit. Connect the main unit between the variable damper system control unit and the vehicle harness using the SEC harness. Mount the main unit of SEC Type H using a double-sided tape and tie wrap. Installation may require approximately 30 minutes.
