The Blow Off Valve is critical component on any vehicle that comes equipped with a turbocharger. Choosing a well engineered, top quality BOV for your vehicle will ensure superior turbocharger reliability over the long term and offers significantly better boost and throttle response.
Synchronic Blow Off Valves features a fast action design that allows it to function as a blow off, diverter/bypass or pop-off valve. The patented Synchronic technology (Patent # 6,863,260) eliminates the diaphragm that is typically used by other manufacturers and instead features a multi-tier piston actuator that equalizes the force required to open the valve at any boost pressure, significantly reducing or eliminating compressor surge. Each assembly is pressure tested to not leak boost up to 100 PSI.
The iconic Synchronic Blow Off Valves features a "Pull Type" only design that eliminates boost leak by seating the valve more as boost pressure increases. Interchangeable inlet and discharge flanges allow us to offer a wide variety of adapters, making it easy to mount your Synchronic BOVs on most popular vehicles.
