Silver's NEOMAX Suspension and its advantages; with 24 levels of dampening adjustability, there is added convenience and flexibility for consumers to set to their preferred setting Silver's NEOMAX Suspension system was designed for drivers seeking improved handling on roads and at the track. This coilover system allows for a better ride at lowered ride heights, and increased grip on the tarmac. The NEOMAX Suspension system also features a mono-tube shock design, which is air cooled and allows for better heat dissipation. The bigger 44mm linear characteristic internal piston provides maximum damping response by withstanding higher pressure and more punishment from the road.
Body roll is greatly reduced with a mono-tube design as it features a faster rebound rate than a twin-tube design. As such, better handling as compared to twin-tubes is provided. More impressively, the piston rod surface harness is made of high strength grade steel with an extra hardening process. This process lessens the chances of deformity, fractures and leakages. A cold-bent spring design further optimizes the balance between performance and comfort. The Italian made IP F.A 5W damper oil is used in the NEOMAX Suspension system. It has a very high viscosity index, which guarantees efficient shock-absorbing action at any ambient temperature.
In addition, the adjustable pillow ball camber plate also enables improved steering performance, stability and braking. The lower bracket height adjustability of the NEOMAX Suspension system also prevents the need to adjust the spring perch, offering the maximum shock-absorbing travel. Last but not least, the powder painted steel lower bracket fits with any brake line holder for easy installation.
