Building upon its heritage as a one-stop shop, Precision Turbo & Engine (PTE) has designed, engineered, and manufactured the all-new PTE 50 MM Blow Off Valve (BOV) with the goal to offer the end user all components needed to have a complete PTE turbocharger system.
Made from lightweight 6061 and 7075 billet aluminum, our 50 MM BOV is black anodized to be aesthetically pleasing yet functional while offering long-lasting protection from the elements. It also features a Kevlar-reinforced silicon rolling diaphragm for quick response and a hard coat anodized valve stem for enhanced durability. The BV50 also has a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) designed valve and valve body for the highest flow even at low lift, while the attached O-ring seal prevents leakage. Furthermore, your new BV50 BOV also utilizes an innovative and industry-first proprietary wave spring for added weight savings while still holding the valve closed under high vacuum idling. Included you will find your new BV50 BOV, a weld-on 6061 aluminum mounting flange, spring adjustment spacers, and a top port for the ultimate in versatility and adjustability.
This unit is lightweight and compact, making it perfect for a vast majority of the turbocharged applications in the market. Adjustments are seamless without the need to remove the entire assembly from the vehicle. It is compatible with many turbochargers kits currently in the marketplace.
