Product Description
The Volkswagen Big SF Intake System for the 2010-2014 GTI is constructed of full 3.00 inch aluminum tubing, a custom aluminum airbox, and an intake filter. Mandrel bent and powder-coated black, the 3.00 inch intake tube and custom airbox look great in the engine bay and increase airflow potential substantially. The reusable filter can be cleaned and re-used for the life of your vehicle!
Note: Proper tuning is MANDATORY for this intake! Use associated +BigSF OTS Maps or have your car tuned by a Certified Protuner.
Replacing the factory intake and airbox with the COBB Cold Air Intake will greatly reduce pre-turbo restrictions. When a restriction is removed, it allows the engine to be more efficient while also enabling it to make more power!
